At this stage, Mr. Navneet Singh, Senior Deputy Advocate General, Punjab appears on behalf of the respondents-State, in pursuance of the advance copy of paper book having already been supplied to him, and submits that in case any such representation is filed by the petitioner before the concerned/competent authority then the same shall be considered and decided within a period of three months from the date of receipt of such representation.

the Secretary, Revenue-cum-Claims Commissioner, Punjab, for redressal of his grievances, within a period of three weeks from today; which shall be decided by the Secretary, Revenue-cum-Claims Commissioner, Punjab by way of passing a speaking order within a period of next three months, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the concerned parties. 5.

It is made clear that in case, petitioner fails to file the said representation within the stipulated period of three weeks from today then this order shall have no effect.
