RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition is for issuance of direction to respondents No.2 to 4 to get fair and impartial investigation in case FIR No.251, dated 30.06.2022, registered under Sections 354C, 376, 342, 506, 120-B IPC, at Police Station Hathin, with a further direction to decide the representation, Annexure P-2.

It has been contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has already moved a representation dated 29.07.2022 (Annexure P-2) to respondent No.3, however, no action has been taken on the same.

Notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Mr. B.S.Virk, Deputy Advocate General, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent/State.

The petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3, i.e. Superintendent of Police, Palwal, Haryana,, to decide the representation dated 29.07.2022 (Annexure P-2) filed by the petitioner within a period of one month from today in accordance with law.
