Mr. Amit Jaiswal, Advocate for respondent no. 1. *** Learned counsel for respondent no 1 states that as per his instructions, the spouses have entered into an amicable settlement in terms of which they have filed a petition under Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act for dissolution of marriage by mutual consent and the petition in question, the transfer of which is being sought by moving the present application has been been withdrawn from the trial Court. It being so, the application has become infructuous and is dismissed accordingly.
