*** Learned counsel for the applicant states that the matter has been compromised between the parties in terms of which the respondent has paid a sum of Rs.15 lacs to the applicant as cost of her Istridhan and the remaining amount is to be paid in the month of November, 2019. It being so, the application is dismissed as compromised with the observation that the applicant may move fresh application in case need be for the reason of respondent not complying with the terms of the compromise by making balance payment.
