Mr. Sandeep Thakan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submits that petitioner, at this stage, would be satisfied if a direction is issued to respondent No.2 to consider and decide the legal notice dated 18.07.2019 (Annexure P-7) in terms of judgments dated 02.07.2013 and 14.08.2019 (Annexures P-5 and P-6) within some specified time.

CWP No.32021 of 2019 {2} In view of statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner and without going into merit of case or commenting thereon, present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to consider and decide legal notice dated 18.07.2019 (Annexure P-7) in terms of judgments dated 02.07.2013 and 14.08.2019 (Annexures P-5 and P-6) by passing a well reasoned and speaking order within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. In case, legal notice is not decided within aforementioned specified time, there shall be costs of Rs.25,000/- to be paid by the concerned officer to the petitioner.
