The present writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, inter alia, seeking a writ in the nature of Certiorari for setting aside the order dated 06.11.2023 (Annexure P-12) passed by the learned Deputy Commissioner, District Nuh. 2.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail other remedies as may be available to the petitioner, in accordance with law.

Keeping in view the aforesaid submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
