Mr. Sanjiv Gupta, learned Senior counsel for the appellant has confined the prayer in the writ petition to a direction to respondent No.1 to decide the appeal Annexure P-13 which has been instituted under Section 350 of the Haryana Municipal Corporation Act, 1994. He has made reference to notices Annexures P-17 and P-18 issued by respondent No.1. Senior counsel asserts that the appeal is pending and has not been decide so far. 2.

A short response has been filed on behalf of respondent No.4, however, the reply is silent regarding the pendency of the appeal. 3.

State counsel is not in a position to apprise the Court as to whether the appeal has been decided or not.

In view of the above position, writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.1 to adjudicate the appeal within a period of three months from the date of communication of a copy of this order, if not decided so far.
