Though all findings by the court below are in favour of the appellant, she is only aggrieved by the visitation rights given to the fatherrespondent. The court has directed that custody of the child will remain with the appellant. However, on second and fourth Saturday, respondent shall be allowed to take the child to his house where he would stay from Saturday morning till Sunday evening. Admittedly, both the parties are living in Patiala and on visit to his father's house, the child would be able to meet his grand-parents as well. We are of the considered view that the decision taken by the Guardian Judge is in the spirit of statute and also in the facts and circumstances of the case. No interference in the impugned judgment is, thus, called for. Appeal is hereby dismissed. Needless to observe that if there is any change of circumstances, appellant shall be at liberty to avail such remedy, if any, available under the law.
