[1] This is an appeal filed under Section 36 of the Haryana Value Added Tax Act, 2003 for the assessment year 2002-03 against orders dated 12.04.2006 [Annexure A-4], 10.02.2014 [Annexure A-6] and 23.10.2017 [Annexure A-8].

[2] Learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw the present appeal with liberty to file review before the Tribunal. [3] Learned Deputy Advocate General has no objection. [4] The appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.

[5] Since main petition is dismissed as withdrawn, the pending application, if any, stands disposed of.
