(ORAL) Prayer in the writ petition is for quashing of impugned order dated 24.08.2019 (Annexure P-5) whereby respondent No.2 has finalized and circulated orders of promotions of Elementary School Head Master in Mewat Cadre without finalizing the seniority list for the purpose of promotion of petitioners (TGTs) in the absence of option exercised by the employees as per Rule 11 of the Mewat District School Education (Group C) Service Rules, 2002.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he will be satisfied if direction is issued to respondent No.2 to consider and decide representation dated 12.09.2019 (Annexure P-7) in terms of Annexure P-10 within a stipulated period.

Without going into the merits and demerits of the claim of the petitioners, I deem it appropriate to direct respondent No.2 to consider and decide representation dated 12.09.2019 (Annexure P-7) in terms of Annexure P-10 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of PANKAJ KUMAR 2019.11.08 18:15 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CWP No.32142 of 2019 (O&M) -2 certified copy of this order and pass a speaking order thereon, failing which respondent No.2 shall be liable to pay costs of `25,000/- to the petitioners. This condition of imposing costs is only to prevent petitioners running from pillar to post and avail remedy of contempt in case of non-compliance of directions issued by this Court.
