(Oral) Learned State counsel submits that out of twenty five witnesses cited by the prosecution, twenty one have already been examined and the next date of hearing before the trial court is 29/30th January, 2020. Prosecution shall endeavour to conclude its evidence on these two dates. In view of the above, as the trial of the case is at its fag end, no ground for granting concession of bail to the petitioner is made out. Dismissed. However, trial court shall make efforts to conclude the proceedings at the earliest.
