(Oral) Prayer in the present 1st petition under Section 482 of the B.N.S.S. 2023 is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 35 dated 12.06.2024 under Section 354 IPC and 12 of POCSO Act, at Police Station Sadar Abohar, District Fazilka (Anexure P-1). There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from Inspector Navpreet Kaur, informs this Court that the present petition has been rendered infructuous as the accused/petitioner was arrested on 08.10.2024 and, thereafter, he has been released on regular bail vide order dated 30.10.2024 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Special Court, Fazilka. A copy of the said order has been handed over in Court today which is taken on record. In view of the facts as noticed above, present petition stands disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
