RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for quashing FIR No. 0600 dated 11.08.2016 registered under Sections 506 and 507 IPC at Police Station Sector-7, Faridabad and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.

Heard.

The petitioner is relegated to raise all the pleas taken in the instant petition before the trial Court and apprise the Court about judgment of the Apex Court passed in Criminal Appeal No. 759 of 2019 arising out of SLP (Crl.) No. 4820/2017, Vikram Johar Vs. The State of Uttar Pradesh and another, which he has referred before this Court, at the time of framing of charge or at appropriate stage, in accordance with law. Disposed of.
