PANKAJ JAIN, J. (ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking directions to the Investigating Agency in FIR No.121 dated 24th of October, 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 467, 471, 468, 120-B IPC, at Police Station Ghall Khurd, District Ferozepur to get the document i.e. affidavit dated 14th of December, 2009 exhibited as Ex.P1 examined from a Government Agency instead of getting it examined from a private handwriting expert. In the considered opinion of this Court, no such direction can be issued while exercising jurisdiction under Section 482 Cr.P.C. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to avail alternate remedy in accordance with law.
