Challenge in the present revision petition is to the order dated 31.08.2023 passed by the learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Jalandhar vide which the application under Order 6 Rule 17 CPC for amendment of the petition filed by the respondent herein was allowed. 2.

Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the application (Annexure P-20) filed by the respondent for amendment of the petition under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 may be allowed except for the addition of facts as mentioned in para No.2(g) of the said application. Learned counsel for the parties have assured the Court that there would be no further delay in the matter and that no unnecessary adjournments shall be taken by either of the parties.

In view of the above, the present petition is partly allowed to the extent as stated above subject to payment of Rs.30,000/- as costs to be paid by the respondent to the petitioner herein on the next date of hearing AMAN JAIN 2024.03.12 20:57 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this judgment/order.
