You had selected option (a) in annexure C dated 04.03.2025 submitted by you, however, supporting documents were not submitted. Moreover, you had sought two months time for submission of documents during your visit to this office on 25.06.2025.

Please submit - i) copy of father's valid passport and ii) Proof of residence abroad (Long term/Resident Visa, departure/immigration stamp) within 30 days at Regional Passport Office, Chandigarh, Sector - 34 A.

Please be informed that in case of non response within the specified period, or a non-satisfactory response, your application would be rejected u/s 5 2 c of the Passports Act, 1967.
