Mr. Puneet Bali, Sr. Advocate with Mr. Samir Malik, Advocate for the petitioners. Mr. Ankur Mittal, Advocate with Mr. Jugam Arora, Advocate for respondent Nos.2 & 3. HARINDER SINGH SIDHU, J The limited prayer of the petitioners is for issuance of directions to the Managing Director, HSIIDC/respondent No.2 to provide them information/documents as mentioned in paragraph 51 of the writ petition. Mr. Mittal, on instructions, states that the necessary information had already been provided to the petitioner. However, the respondents are willing to provide information as mentioned in paragraph 51 [ (i) to (vi) ], if available. In case of any information referred to therein being not available with respondent No.2, it would be communicated to the petitioners in writing.

He further states that in order to obtain the information, representative of the petitionerAssociation may visit the office of the respondents-HSIIDC. After providing the information, the Managing Director, HSIIDC would grant personal hearing to the petitioners only with respect to the information/documents made available to them pursuant to this order. CWP No.27268 of 2022 #2# Mr. Bali has no objection to the above course. In view of the above, this petition is disposed of with the observation that the representative of the petitioners may visit the office of the respondents-HSIIDC, Plot No.C-13-14, Sector 6, Panchkula on 19.12.2022 for the purpose of obtaining the information/documents. Thereafter the petitioners and the respondents would proceed with the manner as stated above.
