Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, inter alia, for quashing the impugned order dated 21.11.2022 (P-10), whereby petitioner was transferred from Government Senior Secondary School (Boys), Mehraj, Bathinda to Lehragagga, District Sangrur, by ignoring 65% permanent disability. At the outset, learned counsel, on instructions from petitioner, submits that his grievance has been redressed; therefore, he does want to pursue the present petition any further.

Disposed off accordingly.
