(ORAL) The petitioner by way of the present writ petition seeks a writ of certiorari for quashing a part/portion of the order dated 13.10.2022 (Annexure P-1) passed by the appellate authority. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though CWP-16086-2022 was disposed of by this Court vide order dated 27.07.2022 on a statement made by learned counsel for respondents No. 2 to 4 to the effect that they would decide the appeal filed by the appellant, but the appellate authority by the impugned order dated 13.10.2022 has partly allowed the appeal without assigning any reasons for placing the petitioner in the holiday list from 24.06.2022 to 12.10.2022.

Learned counsel for respondents No. 2 to 4, on advance copy, submits that the order (ibid) was passed by the appellate authority on the basis of a report of the Committee. He, however, fairly concedes that the reasons have not been mentioned in the impugned order, but are available with the authorities, which would be assigned and communicated to the petitioner at the earliest, preferably, within a period of two weeks. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the authorities may be directed to strictly adhere to the aforesaid two weeks' period that has been sought by them for assigning reasons for placing it in the holiday list and while disposing of the writ petition, the petitioner may be granted liberty to avail of AMODH SHARMA 2022.12.06 16:41 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

In view of the aforesaid submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the statement of learned counsel for respondents No. 2 to 4, the writ petition stands disposed of with the liberty as aforesaid.
