CORAM:HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE AMIT RAWAL -.- AMIT RAWAL J. (ORAL) Prayer in the writ petition is for quashing of impugned transfer orders dated 22.08.2019 (Annexures P-10 & P-11 respectively). Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he will be satisfied if direction is issued to respondent No.2 to consider and decide representations dated 30.10.2019 and 01.11.2019 (Annexure P-16 & P-17 respectively) within a stipulated period.

Without going into the merits and demerits of the claim of the petitioners, I deem it appropriate to direct respondent No.2-Director of Secondary Education, Haryana, Shiksha Sadan, Sector 5, Panchkula to consider the representations dated 30.10.2019 and 01.11.2019 (Annexure P16 & P-17 respectively) within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and pass a speaking order thereon, failing which respondent No.2 shall be liable to pay costs of `25,000/- to the petitioners.
