(Oral) Instant petition has been filed under Section 439(2) r/w 482 Cr.PC for cancellation of pre-arrest bail granted to respondents No.2 and 3 by this Court vide order dated 14.02.2019 in FIR No.213 dated 16.09.2018.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Sukhwinder Singh, has informed the Court that no complaint whatsoever has been received from the petitioner-complainant with respect to the alleged threats given to her by the private respondents. He further submits that if any complaint is received by the police with respect to the alleged threats by the accused, the same would be looked into and appropriate action, if any required, would be initiated against the private respondents.
