Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the petitioner moved a representation dated 31.05.2025 (Annexure P-5) to respondent No.3 but no action has been taken so far.

Accordingly, at this stage, without commenting on the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 3 to take a decision on the aforesaid representation submitted on behalf of the petitioner in accordance with law and if still the grievances persist, petitioner may avail alternative remedy available to him by moving an appropriate application before the Illaqa Magistrate in terms of Sakiri Vasu vs. State of U.P., (2008) 2 SCC 409.
