       !/ The respondents have filed reply today in the Court alongwith the fresh calculation of disability pension, same is taken on record. Copy of reply is handed over to learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of reply filed, learned counsel for the petitioner states that no grievance survives for pursuing the contempt petition. Liberty is sought to avail remedies in accordance with law, if aggrieved of calculation.

The contempt petition is disposed of as infructuous with liberty as prayed for.
