Today, at the very outset, learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that he restricts his prayer at this stage to issuance of a direction to the respondents to consider legal notice dated 30.10.2019 (Annexure P-3), which has been pending since the last 4 years and is undecided and also his recent legal notice dated 4.8.2023 (Annexure P-7).

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and bearing in mind the limited prayer made on behalf of the petitioner, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.5 - The Superintending Engineer, Water Supply and Sanitation Circle, Amritsar, District Amritsar to consider and dispose of the legal notice dated 30.10.2019 (Annexure P-3) and also the legal notice dated 4.8.2023 (Annexure P-7) in accordance with law MOHAN SINGH 2023.10.17 17:06 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

CWP-23518-2023 (O&M) ( 2 ) 2023:PHHC:135118 expeditiously preferably within a period of 6 months from today while keeping in view the policy dated 8.3.2011 (Annexure P-2). 3.

A copy of this order be conveyed respondent No.5 - The Superintending Engineer, Water Supply and Sanitation Circle, Amritsar, District Amritsar for necessary compliance.
