RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition is for issuance of an appropriate writ, order in the nature of mandamus directing respondents No.2 to 4 to protect the life and personal liberty of the petitioner at the hands of respondents no.5 and 6 by taking action on the representation, dated 12.10.2022, Annexure P-2 with a further direction to decide the representation, dated 12.10.2022, Annexure P-2. It has been contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has already moved a representation dated 12.10.2022 (Annexure P-2) to respondent No.3, however, no action has been taken on the same.

Notice of motion to respondent Nos.1 to 4 only at this stage. On the asking of the Court, Mr. B.S.Virk, Deputy Advocate General, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent/State.

The petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3, i.e. Superintendent of Police, Nuh, District Nuh, to decide the representation dated 12.10.2022 (Annexure P-2) filed by the petitioner within a period of one month from today in accordance with law.
