(ORAL) The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 132 dated 28.4.2016 under Sections 307/34 IPC, Section 25 of the Arms Act 1959 and Section 13(2) of Haryana Gauvansh Sanrakshan and Samvardhan Act, 2015 registered at Police Station Bhiwani City, District Bhiwani. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not been named in the FIR and has been entangled only on the disclosure statement suffered by co-accused Haroon. He further submits that the petitioner has been in custody since 5.2.2019. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Samay Singh, submits that out of 14 prosecution witnesses, 04 witnesses have been examined and the next date before the trial Court is fixed as 6.2.2020. The petitioner has been in custody since 5.2.2019. Out of 14 prosecution witnesses, only 04 witnesses have been examined.
