The present petition has been filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.128 dated 27.11.2020 registered under Sections 498-A, 406, 506, 377, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Women West, Gurugram.

On 09.12.2022 the following order was passed : "Notice of motion.

Ms. Ambika Sood, Addl. AG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State. Copy of petition be supplied to her during the course of the day. TRIPTI SAINI 2023.10.04 14:59 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

Thereafter, on request of the counsel for the parties, the matter was referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court. Subsequently, the parties have entered into a compromise before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court on 22.09.2023. A copy of the settlement arrived at between the parties has also been appended with the report of the Mediator.

Learned counsel for the complainant states that the complainant would have no objection if the order dated 09.12.2022 is made absolute in view of the compromise.

In view of the above, the order dated 09.12.2022 is made absolute. The petitioner shall, however, join investigation as and when called for. The petitioner shall also abide by all the terms and conditions as specified under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. 6.

Disposed off accordingly. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
