*** HARSH BUNGER, J. (Oral) This petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the orders dated 24.03.2021, 11.08.2023 and 06.05.2024 (Annexures P-4, P-5 and P-6 respectively).

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that nothing survives in the instant Writ Petition as the Civil Suit filed by the private respondents already stands withdrawn, therefore he prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition. 3.

In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
