In view of the disclosure(s) made in the status report, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the instant petition, however, with liberty to the petitioners to avail the appropriate statutory alternative remedy(ies), raising therein all the pleas and claims, as raised herein, for redressal of their grievance, if any. 3.
