(Oral) This petition has been filed under Section 482 BNSS for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.69, dated 09.04.2025 under Section 21 of NDPS Act and Sections 25, 27 of Arms Act, 1959 and Sections 132, 221 of BNS, 2023 registered at Police Station Sadar Dhuri, District Sangrur.

Vide order dated 28.11.2025, the petitioner was directed to join the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that pursuant to order dated 28.11.2025, petitioner has joined the investigation and as such his interim bail may be made absolute.

Learned State Counsel, on instructions has affirmed the fact that the petitioner has joined the investigation and he is no more required for further investigation.

In view of the above, interim order dated 28.11.2025 is made absolute subject to compliance of conditions as envisaged under Section 482(2) of BNSS, 2023.

Petition stands allowed.
