TA-1082-2025 (O&M) CM-3801-CII-2026 The present application has been filed at the behest of the respondents, for placing on record the copies of the orders passed by the trial courts, as Annexures R-5 and R-6.

In view of the averments made in the application, same is allowed and the requisite orders are taken on record. Main case CM-920-CII-2026 has been filed for impleadment of Mahan Singh Wadhwa, Mrs. Paramjit Kaur and Dr. Harinder Singh Wadhwa, as applicants No.1 to 3, in the present transfer application. However, there is some confusion with regard to the impleadment of Mahan Singh Wadhwa, whose death had already taken place.

Considering the same, counsel for the applicant, at this stage, submits that he does not want to pursue with the transfer application and the same be dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to file afresh, with upto date status of the parties to the suit, which is sought to be transferred. Ordered accordingly.
