(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for quashing FIR No.392 dated 10.07.2015, registered under Sections 395, 397 IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959, Police Station Hodal, District Palwal (P-1) and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise dated 25.03.2017 (P-4). Pursuant to order dated 07.12.2018 of this Court, the parties appeared before the trial Court on 12.02.2019, to get their statements recorded. Learned Additional Sessions Judge, Palwal, has submitted his report vide letter bearing No.226 dated 15.02.2019 duly forwarded by learned District and Sessions Judge, Palwal, vide letter bearing No.940 dated 18.02.2019.

CRM-M-15181 of 2017 --2-- According to the report, compromise has been arrived at between the parties and is without undue influence or coercion. No accused has been declared as proclaimed offender. In compliance of order dated 10.04.2019, receipt qua deposit of costs has also been produced in Court today. The same is taken on record. Be tagged at appropriate place.
Considering the report of ld. Additional Sessions Judge, Palwal, dated 15.02.2019 and the fact that the compromise will bring peace and harmony in relations between the parties, aforesaid FIR No.392 dated 10.07.2015 along with all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, is quashed qua the petitioner only.
Disposed of accordingly.
