None for the petitioner Ms. Mayuri Lakhanpal Kalia, DAG Haryana SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari quashing order dated- 25.3.2008/7.4.2008 (Annexure P-5-Colly) and 26.03.2019 (Annexure P-9) vide which genuine claim of the petitioner for allotment of GPF Account No. has been rejected and filed arbitrarily, illegally, unconstitutionally by taking into consideration the date of appointment as 12.1.2006 instead of 15.12.2005 i.e. the date on which the Commissioner & Director General School Education Haryana has granted sanction of appointment to the petitioner. The case has been called twice, but none has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner.

In the light of above, the inference can be drawn that the petitioner does not want to pursue with the present petition any further. Accordingly, the same is dismissed for non-prosecution.
