Present petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. for issuance of direction to the official respondents to take proper legal action and register an FIR against the private respondents in accordance with law. 2.

Learned State counsel on instructions from SI Kuldip Singh submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous in view of the fact that FIR No.42 dated 27.03.2023 already stands registered. 3.

This satisfies the learned counsel for the petitioner, who prays for the withdrawal of the petition.
