NIDHI GUPTA, J. (ORAL) Challenge in the present revision petition is to the order dated 23.07.2019 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Patiala, vide which the petitioner was summoned under Section 319 Cr.P.C., to face trial in a case arising out of FIR No. 42 dated 11.07.2018 registered under Sections 306/34 IPC at Police Station Sanour. At the very outset, learned counsel for the submits that vide judgment dated 22.02.2021, the petitioner has been acquitted by the learned trial Court. Copy of the judgment dated 22.02.2021 filed by learned counsel for the State in Court is taken on record. Perusal of the order sheets shows that on 04.07.2023, the petitioner had gone un-represented; whereas on the last date of hearing i.e. 13.02.

2024, the matter was adjourned for today at the request of learned proxy counsel for the petitioner. Today also, the petitioner has gone unrepresented, despite the case having been called twice.
