The present petition is for issuance of appropriate directions to respondent Nos.2 and 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners at the hands of respondent Nos.4 to 9 for which the petitioners have already moved a representation dated 29.09.2023 (Annexure P-1) to the authorities. 2.

Although the petitioners have criminal antecedents, however, counsel for the petitioners submits that they were victims of a conspiracy, created by their uncle after the demise of their father and the said uncle usurped their entire property.

Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

Without commenting upon the merits of the case, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent Nos.2 and 3 to look into the matter and proceed in accordance with law. SANDEEP SETHI 2024.01.25 00:12 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this Order/Judgment

However, it is made clear that this order shall not be an alibi or defence to the petitioners in case they are found involved in violation of any law and the representation dated 29.09.2023 (Annexure P-1) be decided after looking into the same within the canons of law. 6.
