RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioner has approached this Court praying for issuance of directions to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for transfer of ownership of shop as contained in the application Form dated 02.05.2023, Annexure P-6, and representation, dated 21.06.2023, Annexure P-9, in accordance with the policy for sale of shops/houses by Municipal Bodies, dated 01.06.2021, Annexure P-1.

It has been contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that representation for transfer of the shop was filed on 02.05.2023, however, no action has been taken on the same till date.

Notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Ms.Upasana Dhawan, AAG, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of respondents and has submitted that the Committee has already issued the order dated 28.06.2023, Annexure P-8, wherein the petitioner had been directed to submit the requisite documents for further necessary action. CWP-23504-2023 -2Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance of the same, the petitioner has already submitted his documents, however, despite that the respondents have not taken any decision. In view of the above position, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2, i.e. Secretary, Municipal Corporation Nuh that in case the petitioner has complied with the directions given in the order dated 28.06.2023, then decision on the same be taken expeditiously preferably within four weeks from today.
