(Oral) After arguing for some while, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition, with liberty to approach the Court of competent jurisdiction by invoking the provisions of Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C.

Without commenting on the same, the petitioner is within his rights to approach the Court of competent jurisdiction for the relief claimed. Accordingly, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
