Through the instant petition, the petitioner has sought the concession of his being enlarged on regular bail, in FIR No.175 dated 19.06.2021, under Section 302/34 of the IPC, registered at P.S. Sadar Hansi, District Hansi.

After addressing arguments for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to, at this stage, withdraw the instant petition, however, with liberty to re-access this Court, in case there occurs inordinate delay in conclusion of trial.

Consequently, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn, however, with liberty (supra).
