CHANDIGARH.

CRM M47313 of 2019 Date of Decision: November 06, 2019 Jaspal Singh @ Pala 3..Petitioner Vs.

State of Haryana 3..Respondent

CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE MAHABIR SINGH SINDHU.

. Present: Mr.Aditya Sanghi. Advocate for the petitioner. .

Prayer in this petition under Section 438 read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 277 dated 29.11.2018 under Section 22 (C) of the NDPS Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Kalanwali, District Sirsa.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner confines his prayer only to limited extent that petitioner will surrender before the learned trial Court forthwith and his bail application be decided expeditiously by the Court concerned.

Prayer seems to be justified and accepted.

In view of the above, petition is disposed off with a direction that the petitioner shall surrender before the learned trial Court within a period of one week and in case he moves an application seeking bail pending trial, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law, preferably within a period of three days, thereafter.
