CRM-W-401-2023 is an application for placing on record the reply in the shape of affidavit dated 15.03.2023 of Simerjeet Singh, son of Sukhmander Singh, resident of Aassa Patti, Village Ramuwala Kalan, Tehsil and District Moga, on behalf of respondents No.7 & 8. 2.

Believing the contents of the application, prayer made in the application is allowed, and reply is taken on record. Office is directed to tag the same at appropriate place and page number the same. 3.

However, counsel appearing on behalf of arguing counsel for the petitioner, states that he has received instructions yesterday i.e. on 23.05.2023 from arguing counsel for the purpose of making request for withdrawal of main petition i.e. CRWP-11186-2022. Thus, counsel appearing seeks withdrawal of the present petition.
