Challenge in this Letters Patent Appeal is to the orders dated 19.08.2019 and 18.09.2019, whereby the writ petition bearing CWP21628-2019, filed by the appellants was disposed of and the review whereof, was dismissed.

Keeping in view that in the aforesaid writ petition, the appellant-petitioners have challenged the order dated 14.08.1992 (Annexure P-7) as well as the order dated 12.07.2019 (Annexure P-19) RISHU KATARIA 2022.07.13 10:27 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

LPA-1841-2019(O&M) -2passed in appeal and they were not seeking implementation of aforesaid orders, the instant Letters Patent Appeal is allowed, orders dated 19.08.2019 and 18.09.2019, are set aside. The learned Single Judge, shall decide the aforesaid writ petition, in accordance with law. CWP-21628-2019 be listed as per Roster.

In the meantime, the respondent-State, shall file a detailed reply in the said writ petition.
