Dated Police StaƟon SecƟons 28.07.2024 Chandhut, District Palwal, Haryana 115, 190, 191(3), 287, 351(3) BNS, 25 of Arms Act and 3 of SC & ST (PrevenƟon of AtrociƟes Amendment) Act, 2015 Seeking quashing of the FIR capƟoned above, the peƟƟoners have come up before this Court under SecƟon 528 BNSS, 2023. 2.

Counsel for the peƟƟoner submits that erroneously one of the injured has not been made party, however compromise has been entered into with other injured/vicƟm and seeks permission to withdraw the present peƟƟon with liberty to file fresh one.

Counsel for respondent No.2 does not dispute the aforesaid fact. 4.

Given above, the present peƟƟon is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh one. There is no need to enter into fresh compromise with all the vicƟms and a separate compromise deed with the vicƟm who was not signatory to the previous compromise would suffice.
