ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for setting-aside the order dated 20.07.2022 passed by the trial Court, vide which the petitioner was declared as Proclaimed Person in complaint case filed by respondent No.2 under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. Counsel for the petitioner, at the very outset, has argued that the petitioner is ready to surrender before the trial Court and face the proceedings in accordance with law.
Heard.
Considering the fact that the counsel for the petitioner has fairly stated that the petitioner is ready to surrender before the trial Court and face the proceedings in accordance with law, the issuance of notice of motion, at this stage, is dispensed with and the present petition is disposed of accordingly, directing the petitioner to surrender before the trial Court within a period of 15 days from today and he will be released on bail by the trial Court, subject to his furnishing bail/surety bonds.
