Order sheets show that on 16.08.2018, matter was adjourned at the request of learned counsel for the appellants. Even on the last two dates of hearing i.e. 17.08.2022 and 07.11.2022, there was no representation on behalf of the appellants. Even today, no one appears for the appellants. It seems that appellants are not interested in pursuing this appeal.

Dismissed for non prosecution.
