The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondent No. 4MARKFED to issue NOC to the petitioner so that he may be allotted paddy for Custom Milling Policy for KMS 2023-24 ( in short 'Policy'). 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not been allotted paddy because petitioner stood surety for another mill during 2018-19 which was declared defaulter. An Arbitrator vide award dated 18.04.2022 has determined the principal amount as well as interest. The petitioner is willing to deposit principal amount and furnish bank guarantee with respect to interest subject to outcome of litigation which is pending with respect to said award. The petitioner has filed representation PARAMJIT KAUR SAINI 2023.10.16 14:23 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

CWP No. 23530 of 2023 -2- 2023:PHHC:134134 dated 04.10.2023 (Annexure P-7). The present writ petition may also be treated as representation apart from representation dated 04.10.2023. 3.

Learned counsel for respondents assure the Court that competent authority within two days from today would pass an appropriate order considering offer made by the petitioner and treating the present writ petition as representation apart from representation dated 04.10.2023. 4.

In the wake of statement of learned counsel for respondents, the petition stands disposed of.
