***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J . (Oral) CRM-6846-2021 In view of the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed and the matter is preponed from 23.4.2021 and is taken on Board today itself.

CRM-6847-2021 In view of the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed and Annexure A-1 to A-4 are taken on record subject to all just exceptions.

- 2 - CRM-10020-2021 In view of the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed and Annexure A-5 to A-7 are taken on record subject to all just exceptions.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in the case of co-accused Sushil Kumar, this Court had disposed of a petition for quashing of FIR by passing the following order dated 8.3.2021: "Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and while refraining from making any expression as regards merits of the case or as regards averments made in the petition, the petition is disposed of with a direction to Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana to look into the matter and to ensure that the investigation pertaining to FIR No.246 dated 12.8.2017 registered at Police Station Salem Tabri, District Ludhiana under Section 306 of Indian Penal Code is concluded at the earliest in accordance with law, so that a final report is submitted thereafter expeditiously preferably within a period of 2 months from today.

It is further clarified that while preparing the final report, the Investigating Officer shall not be influenced by orders dated 8.8.2018 and 10.10.2018 (Annexure P-14 and P-15, respectively).

Needless to mention, while preparing the final report, the Investigating Officer shall take into account the entire evidence and the reports prepared in this case including report dated 14.12.2020 (Annexure P- 9). A copy of this order be sent to Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana so as to enable them to do the needful expeditiously."

- 3 - Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he confines his prayer in the instant petition for disposal of the same in accordance with the same order dated 8.3.2021 (Annexure A-5). In view of the aforestated position and while noticing that an identical peititon for quashing of the FIR had been disposed off while directing the Investigating Officer to take into account the entire evidence and also the reports prepared in the case by the police including the report dated 14.12.2020 (Annexure A-4), the instant petition is also disposed off in the same terms.
