Mr. Puneet Bali, Sr. Advocate with Ms. Supriya Garg, Advocate and Mr. Sachin Jain, Advocate for the petitioner. *** KARAMJIT SINGH, J.(ORAL) Counsel for the petitioner while impugning the orders Annexure P8, Annexure P-9 and Exhibit P-10 dated 16.08.2023, 19.08.2023 and 03.10.2023 respectively passed by the Permanent Lok Adalat (PUS) SAS Nagar Mohali inter alia submits that the petitioner is not party to the main application filed by respondent No.2 against respondents No.3 and 4 under Section 22 (c) of Legal Services Authority Act and inspite of this the Permanent Lok Adalat issued bailable warrants of the petitioner with direction that Rahul Gupta, CEO of J.C. Flowers should appear in person. Counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner will be satisfied if the presence of the CEO of J.C.

Flowers Asset Reconstruction Pvt. Ltd. is dispensed with and he is allowed to appear through his counsel in order to plead his defence to the effect that all the loan documents are available in possession of Yes Bank and that the proxy counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.2 made wrong statement to procure impugned order POONAM SHARMA 2023.10.

In the light of the above, the present petition is hereby disposed of and the impugned orders are set aside and liberty is granted to the petitioner to appear through his counsel in order to plead his defence before the Permanent Lok Adalat concerned within next 10 days. Copy of the order be given to counsel for the petitioner under the signatures of Bench Secretary of this Court.
