RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C., petitionerSandeep Kaur, has prayed for grant of regular bail in case FIR No. 0214 dated 02.09.2019 registered under Sections 306 read with Section 34 IPC at Police Station City, Faridkot.
According to prosecution, Charanjeet Singh, husband of petitioner committed suicide, on account of her illicit relations with one Money, residing in front of their house. That apart, complainant also stated to the police that on earlier occasions prior to death of Charanjeet Singh, the deceased disclosed him about his torture at the hands of his wife-petitioner.

CRM-M-47347-2019 -2been registered against the petitioner, only on the basis of suspicion. She is a woman having a girl child of 6 years. There is no one to look after her. Charges have not yet been framed. Conclusion of trial and framing of charge may take a long time. No useful purpose would be served by detaining her in jail. Nothing has to be recovered from her. On the other hand, learned State counsel vehemently opposed the submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner. Considering overall facts and circumstances, but without expressing any opinion on the merits of case, the petition is allowed. Consequently, petitioner-Sandeep Kaur, is ordered to be released on bail pending trial, if, not required in any other case, on her furnishing adequate bail and surety bonds to the satisfaction of trial Court/Duty Magistrate, concerned.
