Seeking quashing of the FIR captioned above, the petitioner has come up before this Court under Section 482, Cr.P.C.

State counsel on instructions from ASI-Labh Singh submits that as per his information which is subject to verification, the parties have entered into compromise. 3.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner did not contact him and when he called up telephonically, he did not pick up his phone calls. 4.

Since, as per the prima facie information given by the Investigator, the matter has been compromised which stands corroborated from the fact the petitioner in-turn is not contacting the counsel.

Given above, the present petition is disposed of, with liberty reserved to file fresh petition if need so arise, including to file a quashing petition on the basis of compromise arrived at between the parties, if that stage arrives. 6.
